Full recipe:

• 45 ml Tequila Centinela Eterno Cristalino

• 15 ml blue Curaçao

• 20 ml freshly squeezed yellow lemon juice

• 30 ml lemon soda

• Top with sparkling water

• Garnish: thin yellow lemon wheel and fresh mint leaves
  
  

Preparation:

1. In a shaker with ice, pour the tequila, blue Curaçao, and lemon juice.

2. Shake gently to combine.

3. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.

4. Add the lemon soda and top with sparkling water.

Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint leaves.
