PALOMÓN

Tequila Centinela Eterno Cristalino, charred lemon powder, grapefruit juice, lemon soda, and hibiscus salt.


Full recipe:

  • 50 ml Tequila Centinela Eterno Cristalino

  • 40 ml fresh grapefruit juice

  • 15 ml lime juice

  • 15 ml charred lemon syrup

  • Top with lemon soda

  • Hibiscus salt rim

  • Garnish: lemon wheel

Preparation:

  1. Rim a glass with hibiscus salt.

  2. In a shaker, combine tequila, juices, and syrup with ice.

  3. Shake and strain over fresh ice.

  4. Top with lemon soda.

  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
