50 ml Tequila Centinela Eterno Cristalino

25 ml Italian bitter aperitif

45 ml coconut cream

60 ml pineapple juice

10 ml fresh lemon juice
Preparation:

In a shaker with ice, combine all ingredients.
Shake vigorously until well chilled. -
Strain into a glass over ice.
