50 ml Tequila Centinela Eterno Cristalino

30 ml natural tamarind concentrate

15 ml chili syrup or diluted tamarind candy

Top with sparkling water

Chapulín salt rim

Garnish: tamarind candy skewer or chili powder
Preparation:

Rim a glass with chapulín salt.

Shake tequila, tamarind, and syrup with ice.

Strain into glass over fresh ice.

Top with sparkling water.
