Tequila Centinela Eterno Cristalino, fresh citrus juices, grapefruit soda, and agave syrup — served traditionally in a clay “cántaro” cup.

Full recipe:

  • 60 ml Tequila Centinela Eterno Cristalino

  • 30 ml fresh lime juice

  • 30 ml fresh orange juice

  • 60 ml grapefruit soda

  • 15 ml agave syrup

  • Ice, plus lime and orange wheels, and salt

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake vigorously until chilled.

  3. Strain into a clay cantarito glass filled with ice.

  4. Garnish with citrus wheels and a pinch of salt.
